Reset Your Password

To reset your password:

• Visit the Log in page found at https://charpsy.org/login/
• Scroll down the page and click 'Lost Password?'. You'll be taken to the next page.
• Type in your Username or Email Address for your account.
• Click on the 'Get New Password' button.
• You'll be redirected back to the login page and see this message: 'Check your email for a link to reset your password.'
• Check your email for a Password Reset link.
• Click on the link in the line in the email that says: 'To reset your password Click here.'
• A new page will open, 'Reset Password'.
• Enter a strong password in the 'New Password' box.
• Re-enter your same new password in the 'Confirm New Password' box.
• Click on the 'Reset Password' button.
• You'll then be redirected to the Log In page.
• Now Log In with your new credentials.

To find your Account dashboard on Mobile:

• Click on the Hamburger Menu at the top left corner of your screen.
• A drop down Menu should appear.
• Click on the Menu item 'Account'.
• Your Account dashboard should load.

To find your Account dashboard on Desktop:

• Click on the Menu item in far top right of screen, where your username appears.
• Click on the Menu item 'Account'.
• Your Account dashboard should load.

To change your password:

• First open your Account link as described.
• The 'Login Information' page should load.
• Enter your new strong password in the 'Add Your New Password' box.
• Re-enter the same new password in the 'Repeat Your New Password' box.
• Click on the 'Save Changes' button.
